The New England Patriots, New England Revolution, and the Gillette Stadium staff would like to welcome members of our disabled community to Gillette Stadium, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment destination.
It is our hope that this brochure, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our stadium a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Guest Services:Gillette Stadium Guest Services is located at the main and upper concourse levels. The service center dispenses assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials. The service center is staffed by trained customer service personnel.
Telephones:Accessible telephones including Public Tlis/TTYs are located on the 100 level concourse level in Gillette Stadium.
Elevators:Public elevators are available in Gillette Stadium. There are 8 elevators located at both luxury suite entrances.
Ramps & Escalators:Code compliant public ramps are available in Gillette Stadium. These ramps are located at the North East, North West and South entrances. Public escalators are located at the East and West Club Suite entrances.
Restrooms:All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level in the building.
Assistive Listening System:Gillette Stadium has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.
Concession Stands:Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest Event Staff Worker.
Alternative Format Materials:This brochure is available at Guest Services in Braille, large print or on computer disc.
Emergencies:Gillette Stadium personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.
ATMs:Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located on every level.
Service Animals:Animals are not allowed in Gillette Stadium, however, an exception is made for patrons with service animals. Please contact our ADA Coordinator if any accommodations are required.
Interpreting Services:Patrons requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact our ADA Coordinator no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.
Captioning & Description:All integral game information is captioned on our video screens. Game description is available through our assistive listening system.
Wheelchair & Companion Seating:Gillette Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines on all levels. Be advised that Gillette Stadium personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
Smoking:There is no smoking allowed in the seating bowl of Gillette Stadium.
Ticket Information:The fully accessible Gillette Stadium ticket office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased in person at the ticket office or by phone at 508-384-9191 or Tli/TYY: 508-384-4389.
