Gillette Stadium Guest Services are located on the 100- and 300-level concourses at the midfield/50-yard line. The service centers dispense assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials. The service centers are staffed by trained customer service personnel.
Accessible telephones including Public TLIs/TTYs are located on the 100-level concourse.
Public elevators are available at Gillette Stadium. There are two (2) elevators located in each EMC suite entrance- E2, E3, W2 and W3 – and all entrances are available for use by patrons with disabilities. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open. In the last 45 minutes prior to the event start time, usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and one (1) companion.
Public escalators are available at Gillette Stadium. There is one (1) escalator located in each club entrance- E1, E4, W1 and W4 – and all entrances are available for use by patrons with disabilities. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open. In the last 45 minutes prior to the event start time, usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and one (1) companion.
Code compliant public ramps are available at Gillette Stadium. These ramps are located at the North East, North West and South entrances.
All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level in the stadium.
Gillette Stadium has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS) for use during Patriots and Revolution games. Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services, located on the 100- and 300-level concourses at the midfield/50-yard line. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast. Guests requiring an assistive listening system for a concert or other ticketed event should call the ADA line at: (508) 384-9191.
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please alert the nearest Event Staff Worker.

Gillette Stadium personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.
Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located on every level in the stadium. There are six (6) Bank of America ATMs in the stadium; four (4) on the Main Concourse, and two (2) on the Upper Concourse; additionally one (1) Bank of America ATM is located outside of the ProShop.
If a patron plans on bringing a service animal into the stadium, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes. (Kelly Way email@example.com).
Patrons requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office at (508)384-9191. Please inform the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office attendant during the purchase of your tickets that you require an interpreting service. This should occur no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.
All integral game information is provided on one of our in-bowl digital screens. Game description is available through our assistive listening system.
Gillette Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines on every level. Be advised that Gillette Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
