Designated Accessible Parking and Stadium Access
Gillette Stadium's designated accessible parking spaces routinely fill with patrons with state-issued disabled parking placards well before event start times. They are accessed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To gain access to these parking spaces, we strongly recommend placard holders arrive within the first two hours of lot openings.
Please have your state-issued disabled placards visible to police and stadium staff at all times as you approach Gillette Stadium on Route One and as you enter our lots to park your vehicle.
When our designated accessible parking spaces are full, disabled placard holders will be directed to remaining spaces available within our lots which are designated as general stadium parking. As general stadium parking lots are filled, you will be directed by police, stadium staff and signage on Route One to lots with remaining capacity.
Please note that P10 is typically the last lot filled for traffic arriving from the north and P11 is typically the last lot filled for traffic arriving from the south. Be advised that both lots are located on the opposite side of Route One from Gillette Stadium.
Patrons with disabilities can utilize stadium elevators to access their seating locations. For patrons who arrive from the south or who park in P10, please use the stadium elevators located at the W2 and W3 entrances. For patrons who arrive from the north, use the elevators located at the E2 and E3 entrances.
Please note the elevators located at W3 and E3 typically handle fewer patrons on game day and therefore will provide quicker service.
Lastly, if you arrive from the south or from P10 and have seats located on the 100 level, the ramp immediately inside the Bank of America gate also provides access to your seats.
